Banknote scanner for iPhone
Know what it's worth.
Point your camera at a banknote. NoteLens reads the country, year, and variety, then shows a market reference range — the moment you scan.
① The value
Condition moves the price.
Every scan returns a market reference range, not a vague guess. Pick a grade from Uncirculated to Good and watch the range move with it — the same way the market does.

② The variety
The right variety, confirmed.
Not every note is the same. NoteLens reads the design and serial details and matches the likely country, year, and variety, with a confidence indicator — confirm it, or fix it by hand if it's off.
- Aim at the whole note — country, year, and series live in the design.
- A confidence ring shows how sure the match is.
- Wrong match? Correct the variety in a tap.
③ The collection
Your album, totaled.
Save every note you scan into a personal collection on your device. Sort, filter, and watch your collection's total reference value take shape as it grows.

FAQ
Good questions, straight answers.
Are the values real prices I'll get?
They're estimated market reference ranges, not appraisals or guaranteed sale prices. Actual prices depend on condition, demand, and where you sell.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Your collection, scan history, and preferences are primarily stored on your device. Optional Sign in with Apple and server-backed family features use an account. We use limited PostHog product analytics and AppsFlyer install attribution without IDFA or cross-app advertising tracking.
What happens to the photos I scan?
When online recognition is enabled, a photo you scan is sent securely to the recognition service to look up the note. It is not retained after processing, shared, or used for advertising.
Is anything free?
Yes — the collector guides are free to read, in the app and on this site. Full scanning and valuation are part of NoteLens Pro.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. There's no free trial and no lock-in — the subscription simply stops renewing.
Which devices are supported?
NoteLens is an iPhone app. Live Activities appear on iPhones with the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen.
